53-55 curved side glass

Has anyone installed 53-55 curved side glass windows?
If so can one use the original track and window mechanism to operate them?

If you are talking about the solid side curved glass. Yes, you can use your original regulators (if not switching to power windows, of course) but you will need new lift channels. They are extended to account for the extra length of the glass.
